Dealing With Work From Home Stress
COVID-19 has shifted the ways in which we work, and in many cases, blurred the boundaries between work and other areas of our life. In this support group, we recognise that working from home during a pandemic brings about its own unique set of challenges. This session will enable you to develop coping mechanisms to help navigate your issues around the workplace while working from home.
Divya has an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and holds over 9 years of counselling experiences. Her focus areas include anxiety and panic disorders, trauma and disordered eating patterns.
