Getting A Grip On Anxiety (6-week Series)

Anxiety can appear in many forms and with many faces. Oftentimes, you might not even know you are feeling anxious until you look back on your experiences. This support group will give you a better understanding of your anxiety and empower you with coping skills using evidence-based techniques.
Divya has an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and holds over 9 years of counselling experiences. Her focus areas include anxiety and panic disorders, trauma and disordered eating patterns.
