Suhavana trained at Manipal University with an M.Phil Clinical Psychology. She currently has her own private practice in Chennai and serves as a consultant clinical psychologist at VHS Hospital Chennai. She mainly works with adults and elderly on psychiatric illnesses such as mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. She also works with behavioral medicine and understanding the interlink between physical health and mental health. She strongly believes in mental health influencing our physical state and aims to explore interventions to help reduce this impact.
