A space to talk about the many challenges that a life with the pandemic has brought on - whether it's physical or mental health, our changing nature of connections and work, or just figuring out a new normal.
JoinEveryone deals with stress differently, and the pandemic has certainly brought about a lot of that! Let's use this group to understand this strain and talk about learning to reduce the burden on our relationships.
JoinCOVID-19 has shifted the ways in which we work, and in many cases, blurred the boundaries between work and other areas of our life. In this support group, we recognise that working from home during a pandemic brings about its own unique set of challenges. This session will enable you to develop coping mechanisms to help navigate your issues around the workplace while working from home.
JoinDo you find it difficult to take credit or responsibility for your success? Do you fear that everything you’ve achieved is going to come crashing down? Imposter syndrome can be very debilitating and is more common than you think. In this session we will share our experiences and learn how to manage these feelings.
JoinIt’s hard not to get sucked into the draw of the screen. From sharing your own stories to surreptitiously watching others live their lives, social media can cause immense stress and anxiety. This group is for anyone who is figuring out who they are in this virtual world of cancelling, trolling, meme watching, filtering and connecting.
JoinThe death of a loved one can leave us feeling alone and isolated. Grieving is as unique as the person that you are and the relationship you had with the one you lost. This support group will be a safe and judgement free zone as you share love for the one you lost and also learn techniques that will help you cope effectively, at your own pace.
JoinHow do we build strong, healthy and fulfilling relationships? Do you have a relationship that you are struggling with or maybe are seeing behaviours that you don’t know how to deal with? In this session we will talk about what constitutes a relationship, red flags to look out for and how to manage different types of relationships
JoinThis group will provide a safe space to explore, reflect, listen, be heard, express and find support through community in our journey as a queer person. Navigating oppressive systems can lead to a sense of isolation which we challenge with safety, love, presence and care.
JoinIn this 6-week support group series we will use creative mediums like movement, art, writing, role conception to understand more about our own selves, preferences, identity and more.
JoinSkin conditions like eczema, urticaria, vitiligo and psoriasis can often be caused by mental stress, and vice versa. Managing stress is key to managing healthy skin. This stress may include acute pain, concerns about health or concerns about our body and appearance. This group is to share experience and support one another in a judgement free, while we find ways to heal.
Join“I’m feeling low on energy, a loss of interest, and unproductive. I don't feel like myself. I used to be stronger than this. Am I just not trying hard enough or am I burnt out?” Burnout is a state of mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion caused by prolonged stress; and the pandemic is just making things worse. Here we learn how to cope with this experience.
